Agreeing to these terms
These terms govern your use of B2B Design Agencies, the directory published at this address. By reading the site or using anything on it, you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They are meant to be read in a few minutes, and they sit alongside the privacy page, which explains what happens to anything you send us.
What the site provides
The site is a directory that ranks design agencies for business-to-business buyers. Its four use-case rankings, its page for B2B startups and its buyer’s guide are provided free of charge, for information. Reading them does not create a contract between you and the publisher, and nothing on the site is an offer to provide design services.
The rankings are opinions
Every score and every position is a judgement. Agencies are assessed on six published criteria, each with a published weight, using public information: products that can be opened and inspected, work that is available to view, and evidence that agencies themselves have published. The result is the publisher’s opinion, formed in good faith against those stated criteria. It is not a statement of fact that one agency is better than another, and a different reviewer using different criteria would reach different results.
Because the method is published, you can test it. The buyer’s guide sets out what the criteria measure, and every agency’s individual criterion scores are shown, so you can rank the agencies on your own priorities if ours are not yours.
No advice and no warranty
Nothing here is professional, legal, financial or procurement advice. Choosing a design agency depends on your budget, your timeline, your category, your internal team and the specific people an agency would assign to you, and the site cannot assess most of that from the outside. Use the rankings as one input among several, and carry out your own checks, including speaking to references and reviewing contracts, before you commit.
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not warrant that it is complete, that every statement is current or that it will be available without interruption. Agency details change without notice, and a page is accurate only as of the last-reviewed date it displays.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it. That includes decisions about hiring, or not hiring, an agency; the cost, quality or outcome of any engagement; and any error or omission in an entry. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing here affects rights you have as a consumer where those rights cannot be waived.
Corrections
If you think a statement on the site is wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact form on the about page or at [email protected]. Name the page and the statement, and include a public source where you can. We review every correction we receive, and where it is right we change the page and update its last-reviewed date. Agencies listed on the site may ask for corrections to their own entries in the same way as any other reader. Sending a correction request does not oblige us to make a change, and it does not entitle anyone to a particular score or position.
Using and citing the content
You are welcome to read, quote and cite the rankings and the text of the site, for commercial and non-commercial purposes alike, on one condition: that you link back to the page you are quoting and describe what it says accurately. Please quote a score together with the criteria behind it, and do not present a partial quotation in a way that reverses or misrepresents the assessment it came from.
The written content, the scoring framework as presented here and the layout of the site belong to the publisher. Please do not copy whole pages or substantial parts of them and republish them as your own, and please do not use automated tools to extract the content in bulk for republication elsewhere. Reading it, indexing it for search and linking to it are welcome.
Agency names, marks and links to their sites
The names, logos and trademarks of the agencies listed here belong to their owners. They appear for identification in an editorial context, and their appearance does not mean that any agency has approved this site or its assessment of it. Entries link to the agencies’ own websites for your convenience. Those sites are run by other people, we do not control their content, and a link is not a recommendation of what they say, sell or promise. Your dealings with any agency are between you and that agency.
Acceptable use
Please use the site in good faith. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, probe it for weaknesses, overload it with automated requests or use the contact form to send spam, malicious files or unlawful material. We may block access from anyone who does.
Changes and governing law
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the moment it is published, and the last-reviewed date at the foot of the page shows when it was last checked. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the revised terms. Any dispute about the site is to be resolved under the law that applies to you as a consumer where that law cannot be set aside, and otherwise under the law that applies to the publisher of the site. For any question about these terms, write to [email protected], or return to the home page.
