The short version
Reading B2B Design Agencies does not require you to give anything up. The site does not run analytics, a tag manager or advertising scripts. It does not embed third-party widgets, and its fonts are served from the site itself, so opening a page does not send your browser off to a font provider. There are no comments and no visitor accounts. The one place personal data enters the site is the contact form on the about page, and the email address [email protected].
What you send us
If you use the contact form, you provide whatever the form asks for, typically your name, your email address and a message. If you email us directly, we receive your address and whatever you write. Nothing else is required to use the site, and you can read every ranking, every score and every guide without submitting anything at all.
We use what you send for three purposes only: to read your message, to reply to it, and to act on it, for instance by correcting a statement about an agency after you point out an error. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not use it for marketing. There is no mailing list, so writing to us does not sign you up for anything.
How form submissions are handled
The contact form is built with Contact Form 7. When you submit it, the plugin sends the contents to the site’s mailbox by email. A companion plugin, Flamingo, also stores each submission in the site’s database, so that a message is still there if an email goes astray. Alongside your message, the stored record can include technical details that accompany any web request, such as the time of the submission, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. Those details are there to help recognise abuse and automated spam, not to follow individual readers.
The stored submissions can be viewed only by people who administer the site.
Email delivery
Outgoing email from the site is relayed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), using the FluentSMTP plugin. That means Brevo handles the messages the site sends, for example the notification generated when you submit the form, and any reply we send from the site’s address. Brevo processes those messages in order to deliver them, and it operates under its own privacy terms, which you can read on its website. If you email us directly instead of using the form, your message travels through the mail systems of your own provider and ours in the ordinary way.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track readers across pages or across other websites. Because there are no visitor accounts, there is no login for readers. The people who edit the site sign in to an administration area, which uses the cookies WordPress needs for that purpose; readers never encounter them. Your browser may also keep ordinary technical data, such as its cache, which is under your control and not ours.
Links to other websites
Agency entries link to the agencies’ own websites, and some pages link to other sources. Once you follow a link you have left this site, and the other site’s own practices apply. We do not control what those sites collect, and a link is not a statement about their privacy standards.
Who receives your data
Your message is read by the people who run this site. It is processed by the tools described above, Contact Form 7, Flamingo, FluentSMTP and Brevo, as part of receiving and sending email. We do not sell personal data, we do not rent it out, and we do not pass your details to the agencies listed here. If you write to point out a mistake in an agency’s entry, we may correct the entry, but we do not tell the agency who you are unless you ask us to.
Your choices and how to ask for deletion
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address you used before, say what you would like us to do, and mention roughly when you wrote so the message can be found. Where the law gives you further rights, for example the right to object to processing or to receive a copy of your data, you can raise those through the same address. If we cannot act on a request in full, we will tell you what we did and why.
Deleting a submission means removing it from the site’s stored records and from the site’s mailbox. Copies that exist in your own mailbox, or in a mail provider’s systems outside our control, are not something we can reach.
Security
We limit access to the stored submissions to the people who administer the site, and we keep the software that handles them up to date. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information, confidential business documents or anything you would not want an email exposed to. A short description of the problem is all that is needed to correct a page.
Children
The site is written for professionals choosing design services. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us a message, write to the address above and we will delete it.
Changes to this page
If the way the site handles data changes, for instance by adding a service that collects more than is described here, this page will be updated before that change takes effect. The last-reviewed date at the foot of the page shows when it was last checked against how the site works. Related conditions for using the site are on the terms page, and you can return to the home page at any time.
